Generally, we do not normally operate a cancellation fee but we will send an invoice for £50.00 if the following conditions apply: A: when a half day appointment is cancelled on the afternoon beforehand or on the morning of the booking B: or it is cancelled 24 hours before the next whole day booking. Exceptional circumstances are taken into account, e.g extreme weather conditions etc.
